Welcome to Dekimi! We are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 5–20 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales, festivals, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volumes.

2. Shipping Locations

Dekimi currently ships across India.

We are continuously expanding our delivery network and will update this policy as international shipping becomes available.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders as displayed on our website during checkout.

  • Standard shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed before payment.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for certain remote locations.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation via Email and/or SMS

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner details

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to Dekimi. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Dekimi is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incorrect PIN code

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Incomplete address details

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Do not accept the package if the damage is severe.

  • Take clear photographs of the package.

  • Contact our customer support deepak.mihit@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims made after this period may not be eligible for investigation.

9. Lost Shipments

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received:

  • Contact our support team deepak.mihit@gmail.com within 48 hours.

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.

10. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

  • Extreme weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Courier operational issues

Dekimi is not liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If Cash on Delivery is available:

  • COD availability depends on your delivery PIN code.

  • Additional COD charges may apply and will be displayed during checkout.

Every Dekimi order is carefully packed to ensure your clothing, footwear, and accessories arrive in excellent condition.
